It was an amazing experience. The room was fantastic. The bathroom floor was heated and the shower was amazing. There is a pillow menu to choose from! The breakfast was incredible and so were the cocktails jn the evening. Spending time in the spa topped it all off.
Wonderful spa experience with an overnight stay. Spa was amazing, a couple of facilities were closed but didn't detract from anything. Staff very friendly and professional, everything clean and tidy. Room and facilities were great, apart from a couple of niggles with our room. Food was excellent, as was the table service. All things considered, excellent, can highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome and great service. Immaculate and well appointed room. Adjoining Beefeater restaurant provided excellent service too; dinner and breakfast were great and staff excellent. Plenty of parking and a good easy access location.
Rooms very hot at the minute but fans provided. So either relatively cool with noise from fan or road near hotel. Alternatively too hot and can't sleep - catch 22

Went to the attached Toby for their unlimited breakfast. Good selection of food in a prepared buffet style. £4.49 for breakfast, of £5 including unlimited hot drink. Eggs are rubbery if you get them after they have been sitting there a while, but time it right (go back) when you see them bring it out, and the are nice sunny side up. Breakfast Yorkshire puddings are an oddity, but nice!
Clean, tidy but NOT soundproofed rooms. We were disturbed by people in neighbouring rooms and people going along the corridor at all hours. Very helpful staff.

The food was really good plus they deal brilliantly with ceoliac. They have a great variety for me as a ceoliac even puddings other than ice cream. There allergy sheet is very well set out with great description.
It's okay. Food is average and fairly priced. Staff are nice

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
